 * is it possible to setup the price per kilometre and by item like we can do in
   the default flat rate shipping method (by using *[qty])?
 * If not would it be complicated to add this feature?
 * Basically, I would like to create a matrix based on quantity and distance.

 * I just saw the “Progressive total cost” option with the “Per unit” Setting which
   works great.
 * The question is would it be possible to do a “Per unit” with tiers increases.
   
   For example changing the the multiplicator after X unit, and then again after
   Y unit?
