Add Post ID as Hidden Field

    Hi, I am using the Form Maker plugin to generate a “Get a Quote” form for various products I have on my site. When a user submits a form, I have no way of seeing which product they are inquiring about unless I made a text field that asked them to enter the product name. I shouldn’t have to do that, it should be intuitive as they are already on the product page the form should know that the request was sent for that specific product.

    Is there a way I can incorporate a hidden field that pulls the post ID from the page the form is hosted on?

    Hi @iwtravelllc!

    Thanks for the question.
    Unfortunately, the hidden field cannot pull the post ID, but you can use post URL.
    Please add the below mentioned code in the Form Options > Javascript section.

    var submitUrl = window.location.href;
jQuery('#hidden_field_id').val(submitUrl);
