add placeholder in a field

I read the ninjaform documentation. It says to add a title and select “inside the field” in the select box.

But in this case, the title hasn’t a placeholder behavior, it has a value behavior :
– the title’s characters count in the count of characters left
– if I submit my form, this title is considered as a value

So how can I add a real placeholder to my field ?
