add phone number to required fields

    Are there any instructions on how to add the phone number to the required fields to the Purchase page? Presently, the required fields are name and email address and we really also need to have a phone number where they can be reached. Thanks!

    So, I’ve been asked this question several times recently, though I’m not totally sure why.

    There’s an option at My Tickets > Payment Settings > “Require phone number on purchases”

    Is that option not doing what you need it do? Did you expect to find that option somewhere else?
