    Dear Word Press Users,

For a few weeks now i have been trying to add a new page to the sidebar of my company's website:

I have created a page entitled 'awards'.
However in the appearance/menus/pages when i tick the 'award' page box, i get a spinning wheel and nothing happens, my understanding is that a section called 'awards' should appear underneath the selected menu.

I have searched the web and found a variety of threads regarding a menu limit but i am unsure whether my problem is similar.

If someone could please give me a hint on how i could add more pages to the menu i would highly appreciate it.

    Thank you for your time.

I don't know if it has anything to do with your inability to create menu items, but there's some strange code in the header of your pages:
    echo " <script type=\"text/javascript\" language=\"javascript\" >

    Right after <meta name='NextGEN' content='1.8.4' />

    Hi WPyogi and simple1,

Unfortunately you guys are right, it is a hack and it might well be causing the issue. I've managed to locate the hack and am now dealing with it. Thank you for all the helpful links.
I will keep you posted on any further happenings.

    Hi Guys,

Thanks again for the heads up on the Hack that has since been dealt with.

Unfortunately it has not solved the original issue which was:
How to add more sections to my sidebar menu, as i mentioned before i can select the page to be added into the menu (by ticking the box) and as soon as that happens i get a spinning wheel that won't go away and hence, nothing happens.
Could it be that some themes only support a certain amount of menu items? in that case can that be changed by changing the settings?

In other posts i have found that the following are probably the values to be changed:

However i cannot locate those values anywhere. nor cpanel nor wp.

    This is our website:

Thanks again for your much appreciated help.

I am having this problem as well. I don't think Menus are controlled by the Themes (only the number of menus which are supported are theme related). I tried creating a new menu and adding fewer items to it and no dice. Even adding only one Page to the menu doesn't work. Just the spinning ball, forever.

    Anyone have any bright ideas?
