I have restaurants opening in 4 1/2 to 5 hrs from now, need this working. I’m not even asking for a refund just a fix and can work out the rest, also the thing you don’t have, how can we make it im asking as a paid customer, I mainly purchased this because I thought you have mode designs than what I previously had, but what I previously had worked fine as far as functionality, I also thought you all had a custom way to connect to thermal printer…… I’m glad I didn’t spend 400 on this.
