   source and wondering what’s the best way to process.

 * Yeah, I doubt they will accept that yet. Embed providers need to be widely publicly
   known to wind up in WordPress core. A great question to ask first is, “Is this
   site as popular as YouTube or Vimeo?”
 * Everything else, like this site, should start first as a plugin.

 * I will contact them to write a plugin. Any guide I can send to them on how to
   create plugins?
 * I maintain 200+ wordpress sites and will all use their player, do you think the
   plugin approach is easy for me to manage or is there any alternative solutions?

 * The plugin approach is pretty manageable, just another plugin to install.
