    Notes to customer added to an order do not appear in the order email to the customer.

    Please advise.

  • Hi @lacanela – Sorry to hear you’re not seeing customer notes added to the customer’s order email when you create an order manually.

    I’d like to take a look at this on my test site. Could you walk me through the steps you are taking when you create this order, when you are adding the note, and which specific email you are looking at here?
