"add new user" is not working on 4.3

“add new user” page is sending “password: both” for all new users, regardless of actual password. Also the page describing the new “add new user” page(https://codex.wordpress.org/Users_Add_New_Screen) is incorrect, as I’m using 4.3 and there is only ONE box to put in password, not two as it says on the page.

Anyone else having this problem? I’m using S2 Member also, so there could be a problem with S2 Member, but that still doesn’t explain why there is only one box to put password.
