# Add New Store

 * Hi there,
 * When pressing add new store I am taken to a blank white screen. I have tried 
   in safari and chrome on two different computers but received the same problem.
 * Any advice is greatly appreciated.

 * If this happens, then there’s either a conflict with another plugin or an issue
   with the server configuration.
 * If you disable all other plugins, does it then still happen? Also check the error
   log on the server for any hints as to why this happens.
 * You can often access the error log through the control panel of your host, if
   not, then ask your host where to access this file.
