Add new store status: "Not Available yet"

    Good evening!
    I’d like to add a new status on the Store.
    For now there’s only “Available” or “Spent”/”Finished”.
    Is it possible to add “Not available for now” or something similar?
    I’d like to show new products to the clients, but not allow them to buy for now.
