    Hello,
Thank you for this support page, it is very helpful!

I have an issue about products I have registered in “Add new product” plugin option.

When I test to proceed to purchase one of them, everything is ok.

The problem appears when I do a second purchase for another product, among the 12 registered products, and the check-out page gives me the first product I have already purchased just before.

The customer gets 2 similar products, although he has purchased 2 different products.

I have tested several times, and it’s always the same thing.

I have “copy-paste” the specific shortcode for each registered product. And it is functionning correctly only for the first purchase.

As soon as I do a second purchase, or third etc… it is always the first product purchased which is delivered on checkout payment.

I hope I am understandable. Sorry for my poor english (I am french).

    Thank you for any help.

    So.

    Hi @nourrirsafoi.

I sent you a personal email with a request to provide me access to your site so I could have a closer look at the issue you’re having.

    Dear Alexander,

Thank so much for resolving this issue!!!

The solution was to uncheckbox click “Never cache this page” option in the right column, on the Thank you page.

    You are the boss!

Also, useful update to have now Live and Test keys registered simultaneously, to switch easily between Live and Test mode by a simple checkbox click.

Everything should be working as expected now, thanks to you!

    Cheers!

Yep, the reason why it was showing same thank you page for different products is because of caching plugin. Once we disabled caching separately for thank you page, everything started to work as expected.

We will update the documentation to notify users to exclude thank you page from caching.

Thank you once again for reporting! In case you’ll have any other issues in the future, don’t hesitate to report those.
