Add new Plug-Ins Page Not Loading

    When I click on “Add New” under the plug-in area, I get a blank screen, instead of a list of popular plug-ins like I have had before. Now I get the message:

    “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

    No other plug-ins are installed nor are there any themes that are not a part of the basic install of a fresh WP install. Any ideas?
