I have 2 galleries. When I create a new Tile gallery and try to add it with the ID shortcode, [gallery id="0d679425bc"], it displays one of the previously created galleries.

    If I add it with the long shortcode, [gallery layout="tiles" ids="348, 349, 350, 356, 351, 354, 355, 656, 364"] it displays the correct gallery.

Using plugin version 5.2.7. This did not happen in the previous version of the plugin.

    Hey @thoms005! 👋

The latest version of the plugin included a complete rework of the Gallery and Collection Manager to better align with WordPress core functionalities and improve security and performance.

These changes introduced a dedicated database table for galleries, so your previous galleries were migrated when you updated the plugin.

It’s possible that some galleries had discrepancies with their unique IDs during migration. If you encounter issues, try deleting the gallery and creating a new one to ensure it’s saved properly—although there shouldn’t be any issues to begin with.

Also, make sure you’re not using any cache plugin that might load a previously cached version of your gallery.

    Hope this helps! 😊

I deleted the 2 galleries and recreated them. All is working as expected now.

    Thank you.
