Add my wordpress.com RSS blog post to my new .org site

Hello,

I have a blog hosted with wordpress.com (http://faith-based-development.com/) I would like to take the post from that blog and add them to my newly created .org site that is still in development mode. (http://www.bighamagencytestserver.com/BighamWordPress/) I was hoping to do this via RSS that way we could still post to the .com but would have them avalible on the .org site. I do not want to get rid of faith-based-development.com.

Is there a plugin that allows for this sort of thing?
