    Hi

I have a plugin to manage users, login, logout and register pages.
I think I should add my page in whitelist URLs.
I don’t know what should I write in “param name” and “param type” textboxs.

  • Hey @excel-iran,

Have you run into any trouble with users accessing these pages? If not, I think it’s fine to leave it as-is.

If so, you might try switching the Firewall to Learning Mode. This will usually address the issue.

If you’re still seeing an issue, can you please share a screenshot of Wordfence > Live Traffic with the details expanded so we can see why users are getting blocked? Then we can address it.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

    hey @wfgerald,
there is no trouble access pages. but when I try to login, the plugin send an email to user. something like this:

    IP: ..........

The request was flagged as suspicious, and we need verification that you attempted to log in to allow it to proceed. This verification link will be valid for 15 minutes from the time it was sent. If you did not attempt this login, please change your password immediately.

    Hey @excel-iran,

This looks like a reCaptcha message. Can you please try adjusting the reCAPTCHA human/bot threshold score feature to see if it helps? You can find this in Wordfence > Login Security > Settings.

    https://www.wordfence.com/help/login-security/#captcha-options

Please let me know how it goes.

    Thanks,

    Hey @excel-iran,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’ve gone ahead and marked this thread as resolved.

Please feel free to open another thread if you’re still having issues with Wordfence.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald
