Add Multiple language support

Whilst I like the addThis follow plugin – so far as I can see, it only supports one language at a time – ie. one text for the header, and one link to each of Facebook etc.
It would be nice if there was some means of setting different profiles for different languages – maybe linked to the polylang plugin or similar (which is what I am considering for my blog so that it can support more than just one language).
The facebook / twitter links would also need to be language dependent.
Is this a possibility?
