add more Field button

I am trying to create an order form that allows the user to add another field with a button. Is their a way to do this in Contact 7 or another form builder? Example below

Name Field

Email Field

Company Field

Select Product from drop down | product # | quantity
Select Product from drop down | product # | quantity + add another

or what would be the best way to do this? Thanks for your help in advanced!
