Add Media – Photos on Mac not Showing

    I am trying to import new media, photos, into a post on my wordpress site. When I select New Media -> Select Files the selection of iPhotos is only a small subset of photos from my iPhoto library.

    I have never had this problem accessing my iPhoto library before.

    Please note I did just recently upgrade to OS X Yosemite 10.10.5. My only assumption is that it has to do with this Mac upgrade.

    Any help would be really appreciated!

    Are the images actually on your computer? You might need to export them from iPhoto somewhere so that they get downloaded from iCloud and are available on your Mac.

    Yes they are local on my Mac. It is about 10,000 images so I didn’t want to have to move everything over to My Pictures, but short term I could pull some over and see if I can access them that way.

    I’m just trying to figure out how to get it to access my iPhotos.
