Thanks for this report. When you say “nothing loads”, does that mean that the WordPress Media Manager window does not come up at all?

You can verify that MLA is the source of your problem and avoid it by disabling the “Media Manager/Media Grid Enhancements”. Go to the Settings/Media library Assistant General tab and scroll down to that section. Uncheck the boxes for Enable Media Manager Enhancements and/or Enable Media Grid Enhancements. That prevents MLA from loading any styles or scripts to the browser, and should avoid the problem. You may also have to click the browser’s Refresh button to clear the old scripts from your cache.

Finally, make sure you are using MLA version 1.94, which corrects some problems in version 1.93 and earlier.

If that works, let me know. Also, let me know if the new Media/Library Grid View is working with and without the MLA enhancements. If you have time, a list of the other plugins you’re using will help me reproduce your problem, which I have not seen before.

Thanks for any help you can give me, for your understanding and patience while I investigate.

It has been a month since my last post and I have not seen anything further from you on the topic. I assume you were able to find a solution to your Add Media issue.

I am marking this topic resolved, but please update it with any additional information you have if you are still having trouble with the Add Media features of MLA. Thank you for your interest in the plugin.
