"Add Media" feature stopped working

Hello.

I’ve been using this newest version of WordPress with the new Image Uploader. It was working fine, but a few days ago it stopped allowing me put an image in my posts. I can upload images, and set a featured image, however, no image will show up in the body of the post. Any help on the subject would be appreciated.
