I volunteer for this non-profit org:

And I cannot use the editor correctly.
The main problem is that the “add media” button
does not function.

Can someone please help me out by diagnosing
or troubleshooting the website above. I am having
trouble reaching the theme developer (been using
theme for a couple of years)

I did deactivate all plugins and the problem still exists!
