It looks like an issue with JavaScript not being properly loaded on the page.. have you enabled the JS file in the settings?
Yes, it’s checked where it says include javascript. Do I need to add any file to the theme?
All required files are included.. but sometimes other plugins can interfere. Have you tried disabling all other plugins? Also check the form when you are logged in and also when logged out, to see if there is any difference.
I tried disactivating every plugin, changing the theme and still doesn’t work. Buttons in general are not working. Could it be a setting in wordpress or some folder permissions?
Yes, there are a lot of factors involved, including the theme, settings, other plugins, server config, file/folder permissions, custom functions/scripts, etc. Or it could be that you’ve found a bug that needs fixed. Are you seeing any logged PHP errors?
I don’t know how to see that. I’m not very good at php. But other plugins related with comments and allowing posting images on them are not working neither.
When you get to this point working with WP, it’s important to have access to the server access and error logs. If you need help, definitely ask your host — they should be more than happy to help you, especially when it comes to accessing your site’s log data.
