Hi. I used Woocommerce for a long time to display my products and it works great.

Now, for the fist time I try to create a manual order and it is impossible to add products to the order. The wheel is just stuck spinning when I have selected a product.

I use Chrome and have activated stock management and run the woocommerce setup wizard. I also tried to deactivate other plugins but noting helps. I use Virtue Theme.

    Any suggestions or hints?

This sounds like a theme or plugin conflict – that’s usually what causes the spinning wheel. If you’ve already disabled plugins, you’re part of the way there.

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. You’ll need to do both things, to make sure you’re testing with as little as possible to rule out conflicts.

A good way to do this is with a free plugin called Meks Quick Plugin Disabler, which will remember what plugins you currently have active so it’s easy to switch back.

If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
