# Add logo

 * When adding a logo, after saving/closing the customise panel the option to ‘remove
   image’ is now absent.
 * I can’t remember how it used to be, but surely this is wrong and perhaps a [related issue](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/php-warning-on-appearance-customize-page?output_format=md).
 * Also, can a logo be selected from the media library rather than direct upload?

 * As you said, it seems to be caused by some changes in WordPress 3.9: [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/27848](https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/27848)
   Fingers crossed it’ll be fixed soon. For now, you can view the logo widget in
   the Web Inspector and remove the inline “display: none;” code from the “Remove”
   link. That way, you can remove the image you have uploaded.
 * There doesn’t seem to be a way to select a logo from the media library, no.

 * I’ll await the core fix because I’m not a fan of using css to mask stuff.
 * If you’re minded to do it, enabling loading from the media library will be an
   improvement.
