Add links to footer?

    I want to add some other links to my footer. When I open my footer.php it looks link this:
    where should I add other links? I think if I can find where the # is? then I can add another link to it? is it correct?

    I’d strongly recommend that you use another theme. Themes with encoded template files often insert spam links into your site.
