    I'm trying to rebuild my church's website in wordpress, and the original site has a image link as part of the header (visit ichthusnewlife.org.uk to see what I mean – it's the 'Ichthus' link at the top of each page). However, I can't for the life of me work out how to do that! Any ideas?

    Thanks for any help.

    How are you building out the new site in WordPress? Are you using a specific theme?

    In general, you would just need to add the image/link in your header.php file.

    I'm using the twenty eleven theme and have created a child theme already.

    Whereabouts in the header would I put the code?

    Copy the header.php file to your child-theme folder, and you can probably stick it in just behind the search box, ie., just after the following code:

    <?php get_search_form(); ?>
    <?php endif; ?>

    and then use CSS to position it where you want it.
