Add label to each QTY of same item

    Is there is a way to set a label for each qty?
    Meaning on page load with qty 1, there will be 1 field.(like basic usage of plugin)
    If qty 1 added and now qty is 2 , so another field added.
    If another qty will be added, now will be 3 Fields. etc.
    I could write JS to load input values from input fields into the one field, the question if there is a way through the plugin.
