Support » Plugin: Header Footer Code Manager » add js snippet to WooCommerce category

The HFCM plugin is installed and running on the site for javascript snippets for pages and posts. But, when trying to add a snippet for a WooCommerce product category, it just doesn’t appear in the source code. The category in the snippet settings is selected correctly.

    How to add a snippet?

The site is built on the Astra theme + WooCommerce + Elementor.

Hi @leskei – can you please provide the following as without it troubleshooting is difficult.

    1) a screenshot showing your snippet and settings
    2) the website URL page you’d expect to the snippet
    3) are you certain the JS code you’re using is correct and does not have conditions within it that would impact execution? HFCM itself just takes the snippet and places it where it should be on the page — it does not interfere with the snippet code itself.

    Thanks.

    3. yes, my JS code is correct. for example, it works on another page/post

upd: I tried placing the test snippet in the WooCommerce category on another site (with a different theme and without Elementor). The snippet didn’t add either.
