 * Hi guys. i am unbale to connect my pixel data source. it was once connected until
   i messed up during adding or removing permission i think and now the pixel is
   not ready to connect to and now my product is not sync with facebook catalogue.
   attached herewith is the pixel selection page

 * Hi, it is connected to site but not syncing with fb catalog. everything is in
   order but when using the debugger the error occurs
 *     ```
       Errors
       Products on your website can't be automatically added to your catalog because of these issues.
       Errors
       A required field is missing: id
       A required field is missing: price
       A required field is missing: availability
       Warnings
       Products are added to your catalog without key information that impacts your ad campaign performance.
       Warnings
       These fields have missing information: google_product_category

   > go to facebook-for-woocommerce/includes/fbgraph.php And change the line const
   > API_VERSION = ‘v9.0’; to const API_VERSION = ‘v10.0’;`

 * Ahh, good to hear! It seems like changing the `API_VERSION` has fixed similar
   issues as well:

 * So we’ve recently updated it in the plugin itself:

 * That change has yet to be released, but your manual change should be OK for now
   until the new version of our plugin is out.

 * Hi guys, i hope you are good…
    the problem was solved for you? I instaled the
   last plugin update, it change my API_VERSION to 11.0 but i still have problem
   to synchronize the products with facebook 🙁
 * I tried redefined my facebook metadata and its did’t worked.. 🙁

       ID do Facebook: 4299003963521828
       IDs de variações:
       9439:
       9440:
       Redefinir metadados do Facebook
   
       Excluir produto(s) no Facebook
       ```

 * We’d like to look into this for you, could you please [create a new forum topic](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/facebook-for-woocommerce/)
   and include your system status report, it would help us to understand your site
   setup a bit better. You can find it via **WooCommerce > Status**. Select **Get
   system report** and then **Copy for support**. Once you’ve done that, paste it
   in your thread.
