Add info output

Hi, thank you for the great plugin.

I wish for each line existing in the csv a line in the output screen would be visible,
when imported, as it is now,
if not imported or error data or some other reason, would be good to have information.

and also, how do we see debug informations ?
my csv were working,
then suddenly stopped to work, same format, same columns, same type of info.
even with empty user and usermetas tables.

last update didn’t fix the problem

No output error, no error log line, nothing.
how to find a solution ?
