add “/index.php” to preview post in post.php

How do I change this http://www.domainname.com/?p=13&preview=true

to this
http://www.domainname.com/index.php?p=13&preview=true

The first link is the preview iframe in the wp-admin/post.php. What do I edit to add the index.php?
