Add Image deletes all gallery images

    WordPress Version: 4.3
    PHP Version: 5.4.41
    MySQL Version: 5.5.42
    Web Server: Apache/2.4.12

    I have set up multiple galleries using the plugin, and have been working to get things showing correctly on the user side.

    There has been a gallery that is using 24 images and displaying them without problem.

    I have gone to add a new image to the gallery and once I do, it deletes all the other images in the gallery from the database. This leaves me with a gallery holding only 1 image…not 25.

    The original image files are still there when I look in the folder via FTP, though they do not show up in the main media library.

    If i restore my database from yesterday, everything comes back…no problems. 24 images in the gallery and shows fine on the user end and media library too.

    I have tried to deactivate some other plugins relating to the media gallery, and to no avail….same problem.

    The problem persists no matter how I upload the image. Directly through the media library or through the gallery page > add images.

    If there is something I have missed, please let me know, or if there are conflicts and other ideas you may have…I sure would appreciate it.

    Can you go to Galleries->Support and copy and paste the System Into about your site into an email and send it to me at alan@maxfoundry.com and I’ll see if I can find the source of the problem.

    I created a site using the same plugins but I was not able to reproduce the error. If you would like to send me a copy of your theme I can test it with that.

    no, i never did get this fixed.

    from your posts, it sounds like a theme problem though.

    not sure where to even start with trying to fix it.
