  • Resolved Trible

I have installed and used a Child Theme for all changes to the CSS, thanks to so many of you gurus talking about this when detailing resolutions to other issues!

However, before the theme is ready to use, I have one last change I would like to be able to make… if it’s even possible.

I have altered this wp theme to micmic/match another connecting site someone else created, so please, don’t roll your eyes when you view my changes. The changes are necessary so users won’t get confused thinking they are at two different websites.

    Now for my issue:

At: note the footer. I have another matching image I would like to use directly below the navigation bar. The dimensions of this image are; 1000 x 40. The height of this image can easily be adjusted, if necessary.

First, I tried installing the image under the #access code but that didn’t work. I even tried installing the image in the <nav div where I created a new class, but that didn’t work properly either. I have tried various CSS options to no avail… can anyone help me please?

    Thank you in advance,

installing the image under the #access code but that didn’t work

how did this not work? what was wrong? what code did you use?

how is the image in the footer done?

°\(ッ)/° {{{BIG HUGS!}}} alchymyth for doubting, making me try using #access again. IT WORKED this time! <trish is dancing a gig!>

Am guessing my browser was refusing to refresh properly during my trials earlier. This time, using a fresh start to my computer AND browser, when I tried it again (in order to show you it wouldn’t work…<trish rolls here eyes here>) it worked!

Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!
