  • Since installing the new update the ” add image” button doesn’t work. I have the images uploaded into the library; however, I’m unable to insert images to the pages.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

Okay I followed every step and the add image button still doesn’t work.
I go to pages, select the page I want, do to add the image and the only thing that happens is a “#” sign shows up at the end of the http address.
What is going on? Please help my boss is getting pissed that I can’t upload new pictures.

Can we see the site using the default Twenty Twelve theme with all plugins deactivated?
