    Hi!
    I would like to add the generated pdf file from the form in an order product to the confirmation email (after payment) How can i do it?
    Or, if it´s not possible, is it possible to send the confirmation after the payment is done? Right now it send the pdf when the order is placed but before the payment is done… How can i delay that confirmation email until payment is received?
    Also, i added a id to the pdf, it can be reset? Becauses of the test, i have a number that it´s not #1, can be reseted?
    I have Gravity Form (Licensed) + Woocommerce Gravity Form Extension + Gravity PDF, on WP 5.5.1
    Thank you!

    Hey there,

    The WooCommerce Gravity Forms Extension is what is triggering the Notification email. You’ll need to reach out to their support and ask them if there’s a way to adjust when the emails go out. If you find a resolution it would be great if you could post it here for other users to see.

    Hi again!
    I added an #id to the pdf (for “certificate number”), based in form id, can it be reset? Becauses of the tests i made, i have a number that it´s not #1, can be reseted?
    Thanks!

    pd: i´m still waiting for Woocommerce support for the order qs, i dont have response yet, so i can not give more info of that!

    It sounds like you’re talking about the Gravity Forms Entry Id number. This isn’t easy to reset, nor is it a good ID number to use if you need something sequential. This is because the ID number increments for every entry saved, regardless of which form is submitted.

    If you need a sequential ID number, I recommend Gravity Wiz’s Unique ID Perk.

    Hi!

    Woo did answer me this:

    You will need to add this snippet to control on what order status the entry will be created. When the entry is created, the notifications will also be sent unless disabled.

    add_filter( ‘woocommerce_gravityforms_create_entries_on_specific_statuses’, function ( $specific_statuses ) {
    return array(
    ‘processing’,
    ‘completed’,
    );
    } );

    You might need to adjust the statuses to suit your needs.

    i hope it help to someone else!
