# Add flash header

 * Hi there, I want to add a flash header to my site. It’s a .swf file that I’m 
   using. I tried editing the header.php but I don’t know what to take out and what
   to include. I have Kimili activated, but it does’t help me much because I’m still
   a little green in all this. I’ve done other changes on the styles.css and it 
   worked great, but the header has me beat. Please help.

 * Are you using a child theme – you should not be modifying theme files – as all
   of those changes will be lost when the theme is updated.

 * Thank you very much for the tip – took me a while to get it done, but I’m now
   working on the child theme. Would you be able to help with the flash header. (
   using a .swf file)

 * I was able to figure it out. A new rule had to be written in the styles.css and
   then I was able to make my changes in header.php
