    Actually if you read the article, it doesn’t actually utilize a Google Form. What it does is make use of some Google Drive functionality to create a form which can upload a document to Google Drive.

    The form created through this process, while connected to Google’s services, it is not technically a Google Form in the Google Docs sense.

    That said, I suspect the process outlined in the link you posted could be implemented as a WordPress plugin but it is not something that my Google Forms plugin supports nor is it in scope of functionality supported by the plugin.
