Add favorite ID’s to link parameter on favorite page URL

I’m wondering if it’s possible to add the ID’s of a users favorited items as parameters in the URL of the page. I’m looking into using this plugin, but I want to make sure my logged-out users are able to copy the URL of their favorites page to send to themselves so they can redeem the page on other devices. Here is an example of a website that uses this method.
