Add extra column to the Home page

I’m using theme Duena, and I’d like to modify the HOME page. I want to keep the sidebar on the right, but then I’d like to split the remaining space into 2 columns. Column 1 could be a summary section of posts that link to one page, and 2nd column would be post summaries that link to a different page.

Any help would be appreciated!
