Just wonder if it’s possible to add existing ad campaigns to the plugin’s program list.

Yes, once you connect your Merchant and ads account, you’ll see all your existing campaigns popping up in the campaign lists. More info: https://woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/faqs/#list-existing-google-ads-campaigns
