# Add event button is missing

 * In my menu there is only Events-> settings and help options. Add event button
   in wp-dashboard menu is missing or i cannot find it anymore. Anyone who can help?

 * It’s possible this conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check 
   if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the
   default WordPress theme?

 * I would also check your user capabilities settings. I had this same issue and
   for some reason the entire ‘Event Capabilities’ column was unchecked, including
   the administrator settings. Once I had put these back, I had other weird stuff
   going on.
 * In the end I had to go down to the Admin Tools and do a reset. It’s extreme, 
   especially when you have spent hours getting it just how you want it, but if 
   nothing else works then try it. That fixed it for me.
