    Hi,

we’re using the plugin ‘WP Product Feed Manager’ to create a product feed for google:

    https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-product-feed-manager/

We have the requirement to add the EAN to the GTIN field, so we installed your plugin. In the settings of the product feed plugin, we added the key “%ean%” to the list of third party attributes, to be able to map your field with the key “_alg_ean” to the “gtin”-field of the feed manager.

However, the ean won’t get included in the product feed.

Any suggestions how to get the value of the ean-field mapped to the gtin-field of the feed manager?

    Thanks in advance,

    Philly

    Hi @phillbilly,

I did as you’ve described, and was going to write to you that “I’ve tested and it’s working fine”, however, on my last test, gtin field disappeared somewhere. So I went to the “Feed Manager Settings” page and clicked on the “Clear feed process” button. Then I went to the feed’s settings, regenerated it, and gtin field reappeared again with our EAN in it. Please try that and let me know if that helps.

    Good Morning,

thank you very much for the fast reply.

It works, the problem was, that the product I added an EAN to, simply wasn’t in the feed, because the plugin I use has a limit of 100 products. And I simply searched after “gtin” without paying attention to the product title.

Feel free to close this one, thanks for your support and have a nice day 🙂

    Hi @phillbilly,

Glad to hear it’s solved. To be honest, I’m not even sure if my suggestion was really good, maybe I had the same problem as you did. Anyway, now it seems to be working fine here as well.

Please let me know if you need anything else. And if you like the plugin, please consider leaving me a rating.
