   How can I change the featured post content as my blog post.

    The Full Frame Free Theme doesn’t have option of Featured Images Slider
   And Featured Post Content. If you want you will have to customize it by yourself
   using a child theme, so that your changes will remain safe even after the update.

 * Or If you don’t want to make a child theme you could upgrade to the pro version
   which has many options like :
    i. Featured Post Slider Content, ii. Featured
