It is a EDD purchase history page through which user can download its product.
Can you please check below points?
1) Be sure the product have download file attached. Please refer below screen shot https://prnt.sc/s3advj
2) Kindly check in your theme is there any folder edd_templates ?
– Some theme override the EDD core templates and modify some functionality or look and feel.

One more thing also the product download link is only available if the payment status is completed.

1. Yes of ofcourse there is a file attached. The files are being send through email but DO NOT appear in the checkout confirmation page as declared initially.
2. Sure, the status payment is completed.
3. It seems like there is a template of edd https://prnt.sc/s3ha98
I not really sure what template I am looking for. I will be happy if you can be more specific about it desired location.
