ADD Document box shifts off screen

    Add new Document, Batch edit, Batch move, batch delete when clicked it executes but when it executes the box that appears just moves to the left of the screen where you cant see anything but about 2% of this box that just continues off the screen and the rest of the screen is now grey and you’re not able to click on anything. The only way to get out is to refresh page. Ive tried looking in console for error. I tried disabling settings in the settings. I am using current wordpress and plugin. maybe boot strap issue maybe jquery issue I have no clue.

    it is a bootstrap issue, what other plugins are you using?

    if you have any other plugins please disable them all first and see if the problem is still there.

    Let me know what your results are.

    Thank you I figured it out. It was a plugin named gallery bank. I upgraded to the pro and that is what is causing the issue. So what should I do?

    is there a free version of that plugin. If so I can install it in my test environment and see if a can fix the issue.

    yes there is a free version. called Gallery Bank – Photo Galleries & Albums by tech banker.

    unfortunately the free version doesn’t have the same results, looks like things work fine.

    I might try contacting the gallery plugin author they might have some in site on what is causing the conflict.

    My first guess is a bootstrap version conflict but that is just a guess.

    problem was solved. gallery bank the plugin in that caused the issue was able to go in and fix the issue.
