Support » Themes and Templates » add display background color and header image to child theme

  • Hi, I think these are basic questions that I cannot find answers to in the forum. I have added a twenty eleven child theme. I want to add to this theme the background display color (appearance/ background).

Additionally, I’d like to add to my child theme my header image if possible.

    much appreciated.

I went ahead and updated to 3.3 and did not lose my changes. I’m kinda confused. However, I’d still like to know if there is a code I can add to my child to make sure background display color and header image stay intact through upgrades.

    Sorry to interrupt,
    I have a similar problem.
I upgraded and header image and it changed the position of top menu and I cannot rectify. My site has now crashed!
