 * i want to have 4 groupe set up on plugin activation
 * when you activat the plugin you have 1 group ( register )
    me i want to have 
   4 groups not only one . so i dont have not to creat groups , each time i creat
   blog section

 * You would probably do best in creating a little add-on that creates those groups
   for you when a new blog is created. You can re-use the code that creates the 
   Registered group for that.
