Add dedicated podcast rss, category has space in name

Hello, trying to reference this page:

http://codex.wordpress.org/Podcasting

For a dedicated podcast feed it says an url like this example, where the word “podcasts” is replaced by the name of the category you’ve set up for your podcast posts:

http://example.com/wordpress/?feed=rss2&category_name=podcasts

But what if your category name has spaces in it? Do you than use the category slug? My slug is not the same as my name.
