Add custom url structure before custom post type name

Hi,

I want to know if I can add any word before the custom post type. For example I have a custom post type called how-tos. I want it to be structured like http://www.website.com/casino/how-tos/%5Bpost-title%5D.

What I really want is to make it like a child if casino post. I have 2 custom post types casino and how-tos. I want to to be structured like parent and child.

Is this possible?
